MARK BRAVO - training group head coach

since 2016
Mark has always been a runner. It may well be the only reason he survived in his first “chosen” sport, basketball… those of you who know Mark’s physical stature understand that statement! What began with a friend’s invitation to a ‘6-mile run’ quickly turned into his favorite way to exercise, socialize and always helped him move toward “the best he could be” down every road of life. He still loves everything about the sport, but joined his friends at OK RUNNER (who he came to for years for all things running) to enhance his engagement with those who love motion as much as he does. His miles don’t resemble those of the past, yet remain just as gratifying. He hopes to lend that attitude to walkers and runners whom he meets at races, during his talks, and in the store! One doesn’t have to be an “elite” runner to be an athlete!
