• A passion for running, fitness, and exercise
• A friendly, positive attitude and the ability to treat each customer like family
• A desire to learn more about footwear and how to help athletes of all abilities find their perfect shoe match

Bonus points to catch our eye:

• A background in running (high school, collegiate, or club athletes, coaches, and/or recreational runners)
• Previous work experience in retail
• Some education or familiarity in exercise science, biomechanics, anatomy, or related fields
