Brookhaven is BACK

OK Runner Norman has moved, but we are still excited to bring the Brookhaven Run 5K back on a fun new route as the Brookhaven Run Classic! Join us on Saturday, Sept 2nd at St. Mark Catholic Church in Norman for the same electric race day atmosphere you've known and loved for 36 years. Race proceeds go towards the girls' and boys' cross country teams at Norman and Norman North High School, and is one of their biggest sources of income each season.

Because we did everything we could to offer the lowest registration prices possible, the 2023 Brookhaven Run Classic will not be offering discount codes for local running clubs.

Packet Pickup

Race packets will be available for pickup at OK Runner - Norman on Friday, Sept 1st, during normal store hours (11 AM - 6:30 PM). If you can't make it to Norman ahead of time, race day pickup will be available until fifteen minutes prior to the start of the 5K.

Registrants who sign up for an entry with t-shirt after August 21st may be required to wait for our second batch of t-shirts - in the event that you do not receive a shirt at packet pickup, we will contact you when that second batch is ready! We expect to have them available for pickup no later than two weeks after race day (exact date is contingent on our screen printer's schedule).

Total elevation gain: ~34 feet
USATF Certified. Because the course is measured along the shortest possible route, GPS data on race day may show slightly longer than 3.11 mi / 5 km.

PRIZE MONEY - 5K

OPEN MEN AND WOMEN
1st - $500
2nd - $400
3rd - $300
​4th - $200
5th - $100

Men must break 16:00, Women must break 20:00 to qualify for prize money.

If a runner is ineligible for prize money, their prize money will not be given to the next fastest runner. For example: if 3rd place is a college runner and cannot accept prize money, 4th place will still receive $200.

MASTERS DIVISION (40+)
1st    $200
2nd   $100

Runners must be 40 years old or older on race day to be eligible for the Master's division prize purse. There are no time limits.
